4ms Sampler
High-fidelity stereo sampler with 600 slots and live recording
16 HP Eurorack module
The 4ms Sampler is a high-fidelity, single-channel stereo audio recorder and playback module that stores and retrieves up to 600 WAV samples from a microSD card organized into 60 color-coded banks of 10. It offers deep CV control over pitch, start position, loop length, sample selection, and bank, enabling everything from conventional sample triggering to granular scrubbing, time-stretching, and live recording directly into banks.
Features
- Up to 600 samples loaded at once, organized as 60 banks of 10 samples each
- Stereo WAV playback up to 96kHz / 32-bit
- Stereo recording at 48kHz / 16-bit or 24-bit (96kHz in future firmware)
- CV control over Pitch (1V/oct, -9 to +4 octaves), Start Position, Length, Sample selection, Bank
- Trigger inputs for Play/Record, Reverse, and Bank
- End Out jack fires trigger on sample loop, restart, or stop
- Looping mode with crossfade/fade envelope for smooth loops
- Percussive decay envelope when Length below 50%; attack envelope in Reverse
- Granular-capable: tiny grain playback below 1% Length for scrubbing
- Bank color organization system: 10 colors x 6 blink states = 60 banks
- Intelligent file system: drag folders of WAV files onto card, each folder becomes a bank
- Folders named with color names auto-load into that color bank
