The ADDAC306 VC Transitions is a five-channel voltage-controlled transition module that morphs between two CV states (A and B) across up to five independent outputs, each with its own minimum voltage floor and span range. A single slider or external CV input governs all transitions simultaneously, making it ideal for smooth, synchronized multi-parameter evolution in a patch. Its musical character is that of a macro-controller — sweeping entire sonic landscapes from one state to another in one gesture.

- Five independent CV transition channels
- Per-channel Minimum potentiometer sets the voltage floor of the transition
- Per-channel Span (calibrated) potentiometer sets the voltage range of the transition
- Per-channel Direction toggle switch inverts the transition curve
- Single Transition Controller slider controls all five channels simultaneously
- External CV input overrides or supplements the slider position
- Selectable +5V or +10V output range per channel via rear jumpers
- Two PCB sandwich construction with ribbon cable interconnect
- Slider pot mounted to front panel via M2 screws with extended legs for PCB reach
- Calibrated potentiometers for accurate span setting
