ALM Busy Circuits QUAID GIGASLOPE
Quad multimode staged modulator
52 HP Eurorack module
A four-channel staged modulator whose slopes can work as complex envelopes, flexible LFOs, or step sequences.
Features
- Four slopes provide envelope, looping LFO, and step-sequencer modes.
- Thirteen stages can be shared, split, and overlapped between slopes.
- Each stage has Level, Time, and Curve controls.
- Each slope has a quantiser with 19 musical scales.
- Four CV inputs can be assigned to parameters.
- States are preserved across power cycles.
Controls & Jacks (60)
- Type Select— Cycles the selected slope through Env, Loop, and Step modes; illumination indicates the selected mode.
- Navigate Right— Moves the selected slope's stage range right.
- Navigate Left— Moves the selected slope's stage range left.
- Slope Select— Selects which of the four slopes is edited; its illumination indicates the selected slope.
- End Stage— Sets the end boundary of the selected slope's stage range in conjunction with the navigation buttons.
- Stage 3 Curve— Sets stage 3 transition curve from logarithmic through linear to exponential.
- Trigger Input 3— Trigger or gate input for slope 3; breaks upstream normalling when patched and normalled forward to input 4.
