GrandPa is a 5HP granular mono sampler that brings the microGranny 2.0 sound engine into Eurorack. It reads WAV files from a front-panel microSD card and offers per-sample control over sample rate, crush distortion, grain size, shift speed, attack, release, and start/end points. Two trigger channels (A and B) allow triggering different samples with independent parameter settings, though only one plays at a time. A CV input is freely assignable to any parameter. 35 samples and 35 presets can be stored, and the module supports grain sync for rhythmic granular effects.
