Pizza is a compact 8HP digital oscillator built around three internal oscillators — Main, OCT (sub), and Ratio — combined with FM (phase modulation), two flavors of wavefold, and ring modulation. The Main oscillator is the carrier; OCT and Ratio are the modulators. An FM Index crossfader blends which modulator drives FM, and the Shape fader switches between wavefold algorithms and ring modulation. The assignable CTRL knob and CV add hands-on access to over a dozen internal parameters. Three simultaneous audio outputs (Main, Pulse, OCT OSC) enable complex layering.

- Two wavefold algorithms: Buchla 259-style (odd harmonics, harsh) and Chebyshev polynomial (full harmonic spectrum, asymmetric)
- Ring modulation with either OCT or Ratio oscillator via Shape fader
- Assignable CTRL knob with 15+ destinations including Lin/Exp FM, octave, detune, waveshape, VCA, envelope VCA, ratio selection, and second FM Index
- Built-in AD envelope triggered by Sync input; normalled to FM Index in Envelope VCA mode
- Built-in bipolar VCA on Main and OCT OSC outputs via CTRL assignment
- EXT input replaces OCT oscillator as FM modulator for external cross-FM synthesis
- Sync input resets all three oscillator phases simultaneously for hard sync effects
- V/OCT auto-calibration mode using OCT OSC Out as internal reference; also supports external 2-point calibration
- Optional V/OCT quantization to semitones via calibration mode
