Ohmforce Bohm
Programmable stereo kick synth with 9 swappable models and 32 programs
18 HP Eurorack module
Bohm is a stereo dual-voice Eurorack kick drum synthesizer built around a fully programmable DSP engine. Each of its preloaded "models" (FM-2X, HZ-1, OLP4, PM-K1, PX3, SP-6, VX-T, WT-4, XT-88, plus HPN coming soon) is a large patch built from ~400 internal modules, so every front-panel knob controls a different macro depending on which model is loaded. Bohm stores 32 programs of 16 snapshots each, supports three running modes (Studio, Song, Jam), accepts CV randomization, and reads firmware/wavetables/samples from a microSD card.
Features
- 9 swappable kick synthesis models (FM-2X, HZ-1, OLP4, PM-K1, PX3, SP-6, VX-T, WT-4, XT-88) plus HPN coming soon
- Per-model variation menus (RATIO, WT, CLK, WF1/WF2, algorithm, etc.) accessed via Function encoder
- 32 programs of 16 snapshot steps each, holding model + variations + knob positions
- Three running modes: Studio (production), Song (sequenced live), Jam (free live)
- Per-program follow actions (Loop / End / jump-to-program)
- Per-knob options per program: Latch (LAT), Relative (REL), Override (OVR)
- FUNCTION CV randomization of current variations (Studio mode)
- ATTVERT 2 system option to retarget Sustain CV attenuverter to Velocity CV
- Configurable PITCH CV: free-scan or 1V/Oct tracking over a chosen octave window
- 7 post-effects (TUBE, BASS, SOFT, HARD, WAVEFOLD, BITCRUSH, DECIM) selectable per snapshot
- STEREO variation per Bohm/Groove for 0–100% stereo width
- System Post-EQ (low shelf + peak + high shelf) for tuning to club PAs without per-snapshot edits
