Bohm Groove is the 10HP rhythm/secondary-voice expander for the Bohm kick system. On every CLOCK trigger Groove fires a "tap": its volume envelope is shaped by knobs 2, 3 and 4 plus the TAPS CV input. Behind the 4 sound generators (kick repetitions, reverb, noise, gritty noise + sub) the Groove engine borrows the active Bohm model and re-synthesizes it with its own LENGTH and PITCH (relative to Bohm), driven through a selectable FX (LP/HP/BP/DIST). Groove is not supported on every model — OLP4 and PM-K1 are excluded; HPN replaces repetitions with a wavetable-sequence generator. The TAPS CV output emits the generated envelope (or Bohm/Performer envelopes via TAPS OUT system option) so other modules can be modulated in sync.

- Secondary kick voice triggered by CLOCK input (typically 16th-note clock)
- 4-tap volume envelope shaped by Tap 2 / Tap 3 / Tap 4 knobs (downbeat tap is fixed)
- TAPS CV input shapes the envelope further between HITs (useful at fast tempos with >4 clocks per HIT)
- TAPS CV Out emits the generated Groove envelope; switchable to Bohm (or inverted) or Performer via TAPS OUT system option
- 4 selectable sound sources via COLOR: Bohm-model repetitions, reverb, noise, gritty noise + sub
- LENGTH and PITCH are RELATIVE to Bohm: center = same as Bohm, never below Bohm minimum or above Bohm maximum
- LENGTH only affects the repetition source (~3 o-clock to fully CW)
- FX block: LP, HP, BP filters or DIST distortion (selected from Bohm Function variations)
- STEREO variation controls Groove stereo width 0% to 100%
- GRV ENV system option: FALL (envelope decays after tap 4) or SUSTAIN (drone-style hold)
- 2 attenuverter trims for FX CV and COLOR CV (4 trims total in calibration order: knobs + trims)
- On HPN model: Groove plays a random pitched sequence instead of repetitions, with SEQ LEN / SEQ SEED / SCALE / SOFTEN variations
