Cosmotronic COSMIX
8-channel analog stereo mixer with warm dual-band drive
22 HP Eurorack module
COSMIX is an 8-channel analog stereo mixer for Eurorack featuring four mono channels and two stereo channels with panning and aux send per mono channel. Its defining character comes from a built-in dual-band analog stereo maximizer with separate high and low saturation faders, feeding into a diode clipping circuit that adds warm, gluing saturation to the full mix. It is designed for live performance with clickless mute switches and flexible pre/post fader aux routing.
Features
- 8 channels total: 4 mono and 2 stereo
- Clickless mute switches on all 6 channel groups for live performance
- Per mono channel panning trimmers
- Per mono channel aux send controls with pre/post fader switching
- Aux Send output for external effects routing
- Built-in analog true stereo dual-band maximizer with separate high and low saturation faders
- Diode clipping circuit for warm saturated distortion on master bus
- Drive bypass switch
- White line indicators on faders mark 0dB non-distorted point with drive active
- Left inputs of stereo channels normalled to right inputs
- Main volume control
- Eurorack level output 10Vpp
