Dnipro Modular Metamorph
Three-channel four-stage sequenced CV controller with glide
20 HP Eurorack module
Metamorph is a 4-stage, 3-channel sequenced controller for Eurorack that outputs CV and gate signals across three independent channels simultaneously. It offers both factory and user-programmable sequences, per-channel glide, CV-addressable stage selection, and a master/slave link mode for expanding to eight steps. Its musical character is versatile and hands-on, suited for melodic sequencing, CV modulation, and generative patch work.
Features
- 4-stage, 3-channel simultaneous CV sequencer
- Per-channel glide (portamento) control for each of 3 channels
- User-programmable sequence with non-volatile memory storage
- Factory-programmed sequence mode
- CV Input for direct stage addressing (0-5V), with sample-and-hold when clocked
- Reverse input for direction control (does not work in User Sequence mode)
- Hold/Stop input to freeze sequencer on current stage
- Individual gate outputs for each of 4 stages (outputs +5V while stage is active)
- Triggers output fires each time the stage changes
- Output voltage range selectable via PCB jumpers: -5V/+5V, -2.5V/+3V, 0V/+11V, 0V/+6V
- Master/Slave link mode for two modules to create an 8-step sequencer with doubled outputs
- Pendulum mode possible by patching Gate Out to Reverse In

- Stage Gate Out 1 — Outputs +5V as long as Stage 1 is the currently active stage. Goes low when any other stage is active.
- Stage Gate Out 2 — Outputs +5V as long as Stage 2 is the currently active stage. Goes low when any other stage is active.
- Triggers Output — Outputs a trigger pulse every time the sequencer moves to a new stage. Useful for triggering envelopes in sync with sequence changes.
- Hold Input — When it receives a signal, the sequencer stops. To restart, send a gate to Reset Input or press any stage select button.
- Stage Gate Out 3 — Outputs +5V as long as Stage 3 is the currently active stage. Goes low when any other stage is active.
- Stage Gate Out 4 — Outputs +5V as long as Stage 4 is the currently active stage. Goes low when any other stage is active. Tip: patching any Gate Out to Reverse
- Channel 2 Glide — Channel 2 Glide
- Channel 1 CV Output — Outputs the CV value set by the Channel 1 stage knobs for the currently active stage. Voltage range set by jumper on back: approximately -5v
- Reverse Input — When it receives a signal, the direction of sequencer travel flips. Not active in User Sequence mode. Tip: patch Stage Gate Out to Reverse I
- Channel 1 Glide — Channel 1 Glide
- Reset Input — Receives a trigger or gate to reset the sequencer back to Stage 1. Also restarts the sequencer if it was stopped by the Hold input.
- CV Input — Accepts 0–5V to select the active stage via voltage. When clock is also patched, CV is sampled and held in sync with the clock. Not active i
- Channel 3 CV Output — Outputs the CV value set by the Channel 3 stage knobs for the currently active stage. Voltage range set by jumper on back. Glide applies her
- Channel 2 CV Output — Outputs the CV value set by the Channel 2 stage knobs for the currently active stage. Voltage range set by jumper on back. Glide applies her
- Clock Input — Accepts regular clock or any trigger signal. Each trigger advances the sequencer one step. When patched, stage knobs require holding stage b
