Dual modulator: function generator, LFO, and ADSR per channel in 10 HP
10 HP Eurorack module
Ataxia is Dreadbox's dual-channel modulation Swiss army knife. Each channel can be set independently to one of three behaviours — Modulator (a Rise / Hold / Fall function generator), LFO (delay-rise-fall continuous oscillator), or ADSR envelope — using a global mode pair. Four shared sliders (A, D, S, R) reshape themselves to fit the active mode (e.g. RISE / FALL / HOLD / CURVE in Normal mode, ATTACK / DECAY / SUSTAIN / RELEASE in ADSR mode), and the Channel button decides which channel those sliders are currently editing. CV inputs cover Trig (per channel), Time (per channel — sweeps all time parameters at once) and Level (per channel — velocity-style scaling). Time response runs from 1 ms to 20 s per stage, making the same module a snappy attack envelope, a swelling 20-second drone fade, or a slow LFO depending on settings.
