The Synthesis Technology E352 Cloud Terrarium is a dual-output wavetable VCO featuring morphing, cloud detuning, FM, noise, detuning, and sample playback modes across a library of 192 factory waves plus 26 user-definable 8x8 wavetable banks. It replaces both the E340 Cloud Generator and E350 Morphing Terrarium while adding over 30 new features, making it an extraordinarily versatile sound source ranging from lush supersaw clouds to precise wavetable morphing and percussive FM textures.

- 192 factory waves shipped as ROM A, ROM B, ROM C (identical to E350 Morphing Terrarium)
- 26 User Defined banks of 8x8 grids (64 wavetables each) loadable via uSD card
- WaveEdit software for PC/Mac/Linux for creating and importing wavetables
- uSD card support (FAT32, 32GB or smaller) for loading wavetable banks
- Large color TFT display with shallow 2-level menu system
- Rotary encoder for menu navigation with click-to-select
- 8 preset memories stored in internal FLASH
- 3 CV inputs (X, Y, Z) each with dedicated offset knob and attenuator
- CV range -5V to +5V with attenuated CV added to parameter knob position
- SYNC input for hard sync or sample player triggering (threshold: 0.65V rising)
- Morphing mode with Phase Interpolation and Glitch options

- Param X — Parameter X offset control; function varies by mode (Spread, noise type for OUT1, FM Index, etc.)
- Z Attenuator — Attenuator for external Z CV input
- Fine — Fine frequency tuning control
- Y Attenuator — Attenuator for external Y CV input
- X Attenuator — Attenuator for external X CV input
- Param Y — Parameter Y offset control; function varies by mode (Chaos, noise type for OUT2, FM Ratio, etc.)
- Out 1 — First audio output
- X CV — External modulation input for Parameter X (-5V to +5V)
- Sync — Hard sync input for VCO or trigger input for Sample Player
- Z CV — External modulation input for Parameter Z (-5V to +5V)
