Golden Master is a 6HP stereo multiband mastering processor inspired by 1990s studio and radio loudness units, offering simultaneous EQ, compression, and mid/side processing across three frequency bands. It features a brickwall limiter, digital input saturation, and pseudo-balanced outputs, making it the ideal end-of-chain module for adding punch, dynamics, and cohesion to modular mixes.

- Per-band EQ with +8dB boost and -20dB cut
- Per-band stereo compressor with automatic makeup gain and 1.5ms look-ahead
- Per-band mid/side stereo processing for widening or narrowing
- Brickwall limiter with 1.5ms look-ahead at end of chain
- Digital input gain saturator up to +10dB
- 16-bit 96kHz audio I/O with 32-bit internal processing
- Per-band mute buttons with live performance use
- VCA CV input (0-5V) for voltage-controlled output level
- Pseudo-balanced outputs compatible with TRS cables for noise cancellation
- IN L normalled to IN R for mono-to-stereo operation
- Stereo VU meter with clipping indicators (4 LEDs total)

- Mode — Short press to select editing mode (Blue: EQ, Red: Compressor, Fuchsia: Mid/Side). Long press resets controls to default.
- Low Band EQ/Compressor/Mid-Side — Adjusts low band (approx 20Hz-300Hz) level in EQ mode (-20dB to +8dB), compressor preset in compressor mode, or stereo width in mid/side mod
- Low Band Mute/Compressor Enable — Adjusts mid band (300Hz-3kHz) level in EQ mode (-20dB to +8dB), compressor preset in compressor mode, or stereo width in mid/side mode.

- VCA CV — Post-VCA, pre-Volume knob CV input. CV range 0V to +5V. 0V = silence, 5V = full volume.
- Out Left — Final left stereo audio output. Can be used as pseudo-balanced output with TRS cable for DI-box functionality.
- In Left — Left stereo audio input. Normalled to In Right when no cable is plugged in. Accepts line or modular level signals up to ±6.5V.

- VU Meter LEDs — 4 LEDs act as volume unit meters (2 per stereo channel). Inner pair lights according to signal level, outer pair lights when clipping occurs
- Volume — Final audio volume level. Maximum at full CW, silent at full CCW.
- In Right — Right stereo audio input. Accepts line or modular level signals up to ±6.5V.
- Out Right — Final right stereo audio output. Can be used as pseudo-balanced output with TRS cable for DI-box functionality.
