Golden Master 1U is the 1U sibling of Endorphin.es' Golden Master — a stereo multi-band mastering processor combining EQ, multi-band compression, and Mid/Side stereo processing. All three processing layers run simultaneously: the Mode button just selects which the three band knobs (LOW/MID/HIGH) are currently editing. Each band has a Mute button that doubles as a compressor enable on long-press. A brickwall limiter on the output with 1.5 ms look-ahead keeps levels safe. The 1U adds rear AUX IN, MIX OUT, and a 6-pin balanced line out for direct routing into Intellijel performance cases.

- Three frequency bands with crossovers at ~300 Hz and ~3 kHz
- Asymmetric cut/boost: -20 dB CCW, +8 dB CW (DJ-mixer style) in EQ mode
- Five-step compressor preset per band, morphed by the same band knob (when in Compressor mode)
- Per-band Mid/Side stereo width control (Mid/Side mode)
- Brickwall limiter on the output with 1.5 ms look-ahead
- 16-bit 96 kHz audio I/O with 32-bit internal processing
- Per-band Mute (short press) + Compressor Enable (long press) buttons
- RGB Mode LED + 4 yellow VU/clip LEDs (2 per L/R)
- Mono normalling: In 1 routes to both channels when In 2 unpatched
- Pseudo-balanced TRS outputs (DI-box style noise cancellation)
- VCA CV input (0 to +5 V) for output volume modulation
