Erica Synths Black VCF Coupler
Couple two filters into a dynamic filter bank
8 HP Eurorack module
The Black VCF Coupler is a satellite module that links the Black High Pass VCF and Black Low Pass VCF together, adding Bandpass and Band Reject filter modes to the system. It provides manual and CV control over center frequency and bandwidth, enabling dynamic filter sweeps and complex timbral shaping. Musically, it transforms two independent filters into a unified, expressive filter bank capable of surgical frequency sculpting or sweeping resonant effects.
Features
- Bandpass filter mode with adjustable center frequency and bandwidth
- Band Reject (notch) filter mode with adjustable center frequency and bandwidth
- Manual control over center frequency
- Manual control over bandwidth
- CV control over center frequency (-5V to +5V)
- CV control over bandwidth (-5V to +5V)
- Allows Black HP VCF and Black LP VCF to still operate independently
- Designed exclusively for use with Black High Pass VCF and Black Low Pass VCF
