Erica Synths LINK
Passive 5-channel eurorack-to-line-level format converter — bridge your modular to any stage or studio mixer.
8 HP Eurorack module
The Erica Synths LINK is an 8HP fully-passive utility module that converts five eurorack-level signals (~10Vpp on 3.5mm jacks) down to line-level signals on 6.3mm (1/4") TS jacks for clean connection to a desktop or stage mixer. There are no knobs, switches or LEDs — each of the five channels is a fixed-ratio resistive attenuator wired between an input jack and an output jack. Because the module is purely passive, it requires no power, generates no noise floor of its own, and is bidirectional in signal sense — but it can ONLY step DOWN from eurorack to line level (line→eurorack would require active gain, which the LINK does not provide).
Features
- Five independent fixed-ratio passive attenuators that convert eurorack-level (~10Vpp) to line-level (~+4 dBu)
- Eurorack input on 3.5mm TS, line-level output on 6.3mm (1/4") TS — the standard format pair for connecting modular to a desktop or stage mixer
- Fully passive — no power connector required, draws zero current, contributes zero noise floor
- Each channel is fully independent — no summing, mixing or normalling between channels
- Flat frequency response from DC to well above audio band thanks to purely resistive attenuator design
- Designed for live performance — no power supply to fail mid-show
- Compact 8HP wide format
- Skiff-friendly shallow depth
- Built and assembled by Erica Synths in Riga, Latvia
- Bidirectional in signal sense, but only attenuates — line level cannot be boosted to eurorack passively
