Multigrain is an eight-channel stereo morphing granular sampler and live audio processor from Intellijel. It generates streams of grains from up to eight loaded samples or live stereo input, each with independently configurable granular parameters. The core architecture centers on two morphable Scenes per Sound, allowing smooth transitions between radically different granular states via a dedicated Morph fader with CV control. Three assignable CV inputs (X/Y/Z) plus an internal random S&H generator can modulate any granular parameter with per-parameter attenuversion. The module features 48kHz 24-bit stereo I/O with 32-bit floating point internal processing, a built-in HiFi reverb (Blur), pitch quantizer, clock sync, sample recorder with 32-second always-listening buffer, looping recorder for live input, and comprehensive project/preset management via microSD card.
