6 HP Eurorack module

A dual-input ring modulator that produces the sum and difference frequencies of its inputs. It creates inharmonic, metallic sounds at audio rates and complex modulation shapes at LFO rates.

Features

  • DC-coupled inputs support both slow modulation sources and audio-rate signals.
  • The RING Output Indicator shows output polarity by color (green positive, red negative) and amplitude by brightness.

Controls & Jacks (4)

  • RING OUT— Ring-modulator output containing the sum and difference frequencies of the two input signals.
  • IN Y— Second DC-coupled ring-modulator input; it can accept audio or slow modulation signals and is the audio input when using the module as a VCA
  • IN X— First DC-coupled ring-modulator input; it can accept audio or slow modulation signals and can act as the VCA control input when using the mo
  • RING Output Indicator— Bi-color output indicator: green shows positive RING OUT polarity, red shows negative polarity, and brightness indicates output amplitude.
