Intellijel Sealegs

Multi-modeled stereo character delay with reverb

20 HP Eurorack module

Sealegs is a multi-modeled stereo character delay with built-in reverb (fog), offering three meticulously modeled delay types: Tape, BBD, and Digital. Each model includes unique Color characteristics that add authentic sonic artifacts. The module features a versatile modulation section with 10 waveshapes including envelope followers and wow & flutter, nine CV inputs with attenuverters, configurable stereo routing (Pong/Time:Width/L:R), an overdrive circuit with repositionable signal path, built-in noise generator with hiss and crackle modes, and a lush reverb with adjustable decay and three insertion points. 96kHz/24-bit stereo I/O with 32-bit floating-point internal processing.

Features

  • Three meticulously modeled delay types: Tape, BBD, and Digital
  • Built-in stereo reverb (Fog) with adjustable decay and three insertion points
  • Versatile modulation section with 10 waveshapes including envelope followers and wow & flutter
  • Nine CV inputs, each with dedicated attenuverter
  • Three stereo routing modes: Pong (series), Time:Width (parallel offset), L/R (independent)
  • Repositionable Drive circuit (pre-delay, post-delay, or post-mix)
  • Noise generator with blendable hiss and crackle modes
  • Cross feedback option for complex stereo patterns
  • Delay time sync to external clock or tap tempo with metric note divisions
  • MOD rate sync with independent phase inversion for right channel
  • Freeze function with model-dependent behavior (tape saturates, BBD degrades, digital holds)
  • Highpass and lowpass filters inside the feedback loop (6dB/oct)
