Voltage-controlled bidirectional slew limiter and function generator

Contour 1 is an 8HP analogue slew limiter / function generator built around a precision bidirectional core. Independent rise and fall rates, voltage-controllable from 500 µs to 30 seconds (or 30 ms in audio range), make it equally at home as a portamento glide, an AR/AD envelope generator, an envelope follower, an LFO or a temperature-stable VCO. Both slopes are individually bendable from concave through linear to convex with minimal time deviation, and rise/fall slope-gate outputs plus an inverted analogue output expose every stage of the cycle. A precision +10V gate-input reference and a schmitt-action trigger / hold input make it reliable from any signal source.
