Mix 3 is a Joranalogue precision three-channel mixer with exponential level controls, CV over each channel level plus overall level, signal input normalling, a fourth direct input, and DC-coupled operation for mixing both audio and CV signals in 6HP.
Features
- Three main channels with exponential VCA response (-60 dB to 0 dB)
- Per-channel CV inputs for exponential voltage control over level
- Channel knobs become CV attenuators when CV input is patched
- CV range allows amplification beyond unity: up to +20 dB at +6.66V
- CV range extends to -100 dB at -3.33V
- Fourth auxiliary (D) input: DC-coupled, unity gain, inverting
- Level CV input for voltage control over the entire mix output
- Symmetrical clipping producing only odd harmonics for clean distortion
- Audio indicator LEDs with VU-like decay per channel
- DC-coupled signal paths throughout for CV processing
- Rear jumper for -20 dB line level output selection
- Reverse polarity power protection via MOSFET
