Joranalogue Pivot 2
Voltage-controlled variable signal router in 4 HP
4 HP Eurorack module
Pivot 2 is a compact, fully voltage-controlled variable signal router. A single Pivot knob steers a main input signal through two external send/return effect chains, sweeping continuously from series to parallel to reverse-series routing. Beyond insert routing it doubles as a complementary linear VCA pair, a voltage-controlled crossfader or panner, and — with feedback patching — an analogue comparator.
Features
- Fully voltage-controlled variable signal router in 4 HP
- Single Pivot knob sweeps continuously from series to parallel to reverse-series routing
- Two independent send/return pairs for inserting external processors
- Bipolar Pivot Mod attenuverter for CV control of the routing
- 10 V total CV range on the pivot modulation input
- Doubles as a complementary linear VCA pair with counter-acting outputs
- Works as a voltage-controlled crossfader between two return signals
- Functions as a voltage-controlled panner
- Feedback patching turns it into an analogue comparator and gate generator
- Chain any number of modules within each send/return loop
- Parallel routing mixes both pairs at -6 dB into the main output
- 100 kOhm inputs and 0 Ohm impedance-compensated outputs throughout
