Klavis Flexshaper
CV-controlled voltage mapper and waveshaper
6 HP Eurorack module
The Flexshaper is a five-point voltage mapper inspired by the Oberheim Matrix synthesizers' Tracking Generator. It divides the incoming signal into four voltage ranges defined by five adjustable breakpoints (Floor, Mid-Down, Halfway, Mid-Up, Ceiling), remapping each range to a new output level. This allows folding, expanding, clipping, compressing, and inverting any CV or audio signal. All five breakpoints have dedicated CV inputs for real-time modulation, and the module processes signals from DC to 20kHz. Both unipolar (0-8V) and bipolar (+/-5V) outputs are simultaneously available.
