Make Noise Channel Saver
Three-channel attenuverter, offset generator, and crossfader utility
6 HP Eurorack module
Channel Saver (Ch.Svr) is a compact utility module designed as MATHS' best friend — a condensation of the sum/offset/attenuversion aspects of MATHS. It offers three channels of signal processing: Channels 1 and 2 are near-identical attenuverters that can scale, amplify, attenuate, or invert incoming signals, and generate DC offsets (+/-5V on Ch1, +/-8V on Ch2) when unpatched. Channel 3 is a two-input crossfader. All three channels feed a SUM and Inverted SUM bus at the bottom, enabling addition, subtraction, and signal mirroring. Individual channel outputs break from the bus when patched.
Features
- Three channels of signal processing in 6HP
- Channels 1 & 2: bipolar attenuverters
- Ch 1 normalled to +5VDC, Ch 2 to +8VDC for DC offset generation
- Channel 3: two-input crossfader (or simple attenuator)
- SUM and Inverted SUM outputs
- Individual outputs break channels from sum bus
- Designed as companion utility for MATHS
- Signal scaling, amplification, inversion, and offset
- SUM LED indicates output strength and polarity
- 6HP, 30mm deep
- 20mA +12V, 10mA -12V
