The GTE (Gestural Time Extractor) is an analog pulse extractor and Channel Index Translator from Make Noise. It monitors signal motion at the Span input and derives up to 8 individual channel pulses, a GTE pulse stream encoding signal velocity, and Even/Odd summary outputs. The Space parameter controls threshold proximity and sensitivity. A Trigger input synchronizes channel transitions to an external clock. The GTE also functions as a Channel Index Translator for PoliMATHS, converting encoded channel index signals into discrete per-channel gates.
