W/2 is the second edition of the Mannequins w/ module: a 2HP voice that runs one of three engines, selected from the built-in Launcher. W/Tape is an open-reel-style tape machine with three hours of tape tied into one continuous loop, built for sound-on-sound layering, dynamic loop markers, variable-speed and reverse playback, and adjustable erase strength from gently decaying overdubs to full overwrite. W/Del is a flexible delay line - up to 4 seconds at full quality or around a minute with degraded time stretching, and down to 1ms for chorus, flange, and Karplus-Strong plucks - with a lowpass filter in the feedback path, modulation, freeze, tap tempo, and zoom-based buffer manipulation. W/Syn hides four 2-op FM voices behind a vactrol-style lowpass gate, played with a single gate and 1V/oct pitch. THIS and THAT are assignable CV inputs, and the module can be remote-controlled over the II bus from crow or teletype.
