Monome Teletype
Scriptable algorithmic CV/gate platform with live coding interface
18 HP Eurorack module
Teletype is a scriptable algorithmic ecosystem by Monome that generates CV and gate signals from user-written scripts. It features eight trigger inputs, each mapped to a script that executes on incoming gates. Four CV outputs (0-10V, 14-bit DAC) and four trigger outputs provide the musical results. A built-in screen displays the scripting environment, accessible via a front-panel USB keyboard connection. The scripting language supports variables, conditionals, loops, pattern sequencing, random operations, pitch quantization, delay chains, and extensive i2c integration with other Monome and third-party modules. Scenes (collections of scripts and patterns) can be saved/loaded via USB storage.
