Nano Modules Quart
Four independent AD envelopes and LFOs in 10HP
10 HP Eurorack module
QUART is a quadruple Attack-Decay envelope generator and Low Frequency Oscillator for Eurorack. Each of its four independent channels can function as an AD envelope when triggered or as a free-running LFO when no trigger is patched, using an exponential signal shape that gives sounds a plucked, percussive character. With three switchable time ranges per channel, it spans from sub-millisecond snappy transients to 50-second evolving pads.
Features
- Four independent Attack-Decay envelope generators
- Each channel doubles as a free-running LFO when trigger input is unpatched
- Exponential envelope shape for plucked, percussive character
- Three switchable time ranges per channel: Fast, Medium, Slow
- Fast range enables audio-rate LFO operation
- Slow range supports up to 50-second decay times
- Looping envelope LFO mode with automatic re-triggering
- Unipolar 0-9V output in Envelope mode
- Unipolar 1-9V output in LFO mode
- Individual level indicator LED per channel
- Individual trigger input per channel
- 10HP skiff-friendly 20mm depth
Controls & Jacks (20)
- Rise 1 — Controls the attack time (rise from zero to peak) for channel 1. Range depends on Mode switch.
- Fall 1 — Controls the decay time (fall from peak to zero) for channel 1. Range depends on Mode switch.
- Mode 1 — 3-position switch selecting the time range (Fast/Medium/Slow) for channel 1 Rise and Fall knobs.
- Rise 2 — Controls the attack time (rise from zero to peak) for channel 2. Range depends on Mode switch.
- Fall 2 — Controls the decay time (fall from peak to zero) for channel 2. Range depends on Mode switch.
- Mode 2 — 3-position switch selecting the time range (Fast/Medium/Slow) for channel 2 Rise and Fall knobs.
- Rise 3 — Controls the attack time (rise from zero to peak) for channel 3. Range depends on Mode switch.
- Fall 3 — Controls the decay time (fall from peak to zero) for channel 3. Range depends on Mode switch.
- Mode 3 — 3-position switch selecting the time range (Fast/Medium/Slow) for channel 3 Rise and Fall knobs.
- Rise 4 — Controls the attack time (rise from zero to peak) for channel 4. Range depends on Mode switch.
- Fall 4 — Controls the decay time (fall from peak to zero) for channel 4. Range depends on Mode switch.
- Mode 4 — 3-position switch selecting the time range (Fast/Medium/Slow) for channel 4 Rise and Fall knobs.
- Trigger 1 — Trigger/gate input for channel 1. When patched, triggers envelope cycles. When unpatched, channel runs as a free LFO.
- Trigger 2 — Trigger/gate input for channel 2. When patched, triggers envelope cycles. When unpatched, channel runs as a free LFO.
- Trigger 3 — Trigger/gate input for channel 3. When patched, triggers envelope cycles. When unpatched, channel runs as a free LFO.
- Trigger 4 — Trigger/gate input for channel 4. When patched, triggers envelope cycles. When unpatched, channel runs as a free LFO.
- Out 1 — Envelope/LFO output for channel 1. Outputs 0-8V envelope or LFO signal.
- Out 2 — Envelope/LFO output for channel 2. Outputs 0-8V envelope or LFO signal.
- Out 3 — Envelope/LFO output for channel 3. Outputs 0-8V envelope or LFO signal.
- Out 4 — Envelope/LFO output for channel 4. Outputs 0-8V envelope or LFO signal.
