Antigone is a hybrid digital/analog-voiced Eurorack synthesizer by Nanopolis offering up to 6 polyphonic voices distributed across 1 to 6 simultaneous instruments within a single project. It combines the warmth and presence of analog synthesis with the flexibility and precision of a digital architecture, supporting multiple synthesis machines, a modulation matrix, envelopes, LFOs, Note FX processors, and a built-in mixer for expressive and complex sound design.

- CV In C — CV input C - for V/Oct pitch control or modulation. Range -5V to +5V.
- Potentiometer 3 — Contextual parameter control 3 - edits third parameter displayed on current screen
- CV In B — CV input B - for V/Oct pitch control or modulation. Range -5V to +5V.
- Gate 1 — Gate input 1 - triggers note on/off. Range 0V to 40V, trigger threshold ~0.7V.
- Gate 4 — Gate input 4 - triggers note on/off. Range 0V to 40V, trigger threshold ~0.7V.
- CV In D — CV input D - for V/Oct pitch control or modulation. Range -5V to +5V.
- Gate 3 — Gate input 3 - triggers note on/off. Range 0V to 40V, trigger threshold ~0.7V.
- CV In A — CV input A - for V/Oct pitch control (1V/octave standard) or modulation. Range -5V to +5V.
- Out 2 — Audio output 2 - can be paired with Out 1 as stereo or used as mono. Line level -7.5V to +7.5V.
- CV In E — CV input E - for V/Oct pitch control or modulation. Range -5V to +5V.
- Gate 2 — Gate input 2 - triggers note on/off. Range 0V to 40V, trigger threshold ~0.7V.
- CV In F — CV input F - for V/Oct pitch control or modulation. Range -5V to +5V.
- Out 1 — Audio output 1 - can be paired with Out 2 as stereo or used as mono. Line level -7.5V to +7.5V.
- Out 3 — Audio output 3 - can be paired with Out 4 as stereo or used as mono. Line level -7.5V to +7.5V.
- Out 4 — Audio output 4 - can be paired with Out 3 as stereo or used as mono. Line level -7.5V to +7.5V.
- Button 3 — Contextual footer button 3 - switches tabs, toggles modes, or performs action 3. Long-press opens MOD ASSIGN for parameter 3.
- ALT / Exit — Short press returns to previous screen; long press enters ALT mode for shortcuts (ALT+encoder opens shortcut menu, ALT+pot resets parameter)
- Button 2 — Contextual footer button 2 - switches tabs, toggles modes, or performs action 2. Long-press opens MOD ASSIGN for parameter 2.
- Button 1 — Contextual footer button 1 - switches tabs, toggles modes, or performs action 1. Long-press opens MOD ASSIGN for parameter 1.
