Debel Iteritas Alia is a hybrid additive phase-modulation synth voice inspired by classic FM synth sounds. Its synthesis algorithms encompass three different takes on four-operator phase modulation, with a unique additive twist: each operator contains four oscillators (16 total), balanced by the Octave control. A two-parameter Shape/Time envelope covers attack/decay dynamics and timbral modulation, while Grit adds saturation and distortion. With CV over every parameter, a dedicated envelope output, and three algorithms spanning bright metallic tones to fiery impacts, Debel packs a huge timbral range into 10HP. Part of the Alia platform — firmware swappable via USB at any time.

- Bass/Alto/Treble switch offsets pitch by two octaves per position (six-octave total range)

- Pitch encoder with press-and-turn coarse semitone adjustment and fine-tune mode
- 1V/oct pitch CV tracking calibrated for -2V to +5V range
