Noise Engineering Jam Jam
Four-channel trigger and gate processor with random, phase, and delay modes
6 HP Eurorack module
Jam Jam is a four-channel trigger and gate processor with three modes that transform binary signals in creative ways. Random mode adds probability-based gate skipping for variety. Clock Phase mode shifts sequencer timing for organic feel. Gate Delay mode provides sub-millisecond to 15+ second delays for precision timing or creative effects. All four channels share the same mode but have independent settings and CV control. Inputs are normalled top to bottom so a single source can drive all four channels.
Features
- Four independent channels with shared mode selection
- Three modes: Random probability, Clock Phase shifting, Gate Delay
- Inputs normalled top to bottom for single-source operation
- Independent CV control per channel (0-5V)
- Edit encoder with fine and coarse adjustment (press and turn)
- Clear button with undo (tap again to restore previous settings)
- Multi-channel simultaneous editing preserves relative differences
- Gate Delay range from 50 microseconds to over 15 seconds
- Clock Phase algorithm compensates for modulation at high BPMs
- Trigger threshold ~1.8V, output ~6V
