Manis Iteritas is a 10HP Eurorack voice built on sawtooth-only synthesis with additive and phase-modulation modes, aggressive wave-folding via a modulus-based Smash function, variable sample-rate detuning, and a pitch-tracking low-pass filter. It is designed for industrial, dark, and gritty sounds including leads, bass lines, drums, and pure sonic mayhem. The envelope can route to tonal parameters via Bash for dynamic timbre shaping.

- Sawtooth-only oscillator architecture for a consistently gritty, aggressive character
- Three synthesis modes: six-oscillator additive (Skin), additive with pitch envelope (Liquid), and two 3-operator phase-modulated sets (Metal)
- Variable sample rate that is a multiple of the fundamental, aligning aliasing artifacts with harmonics
- Saw Mod: frac((2^s+1)*x) waveform manipulation similar to PWM or sync mod
- Smash: modulus-function wave destroyer as a gnarly wavefolder replacement
- Profundity: adds out-of-phase oscillators for chorus and randomly modulates sample rate for detuning
- Pitch-tracking low-pass filter using two 2-pole non-resonant filters
- AD envelope with variable attack and decay; fully CW is free-running mode with hard-reset on trigger
- Bash attenuverter routes envelope to Smash, Profundity, and LPF simultaneously
- Pitch encoder with fine (sub-semitone) and coarse (semitone) modes via push-and-turn
- 1V/octave CV input for pitch, 0-5V CV inputs for all other parameters
- Optional 5V bus power for processor to reduce 12V bus load and noise
