Panharmonium is a spectral resynthesizer that analyzes the harmonic content of any audio input and uses that analysis to drive a bank of up to 33 digital oscillators. It can faithfully recreate input spectra in real time, freeze and morph them, or mutate them into clangorous, swarming textures, making it equally at home as a drone machine, a harmonic arpeggiator, or a radical sound design tool.

- Tap/Opt — Manually triggers analysis or toggles tap mode functionality
- Mix Button — Sets the balance between original input audio and resynthesized audio
- Blur — Spectral lag processor that controls how quickly the spectrum can change; maximum blur freezes the spectrum
- Spectra 1 — Selects spectral resynthesis voice type 1
- Output Mode — Selects between two routings of input audio and Panharmonium output
- Glide — Sets the amount of polyphonic glide; each oscillator has its own glide circuit
- SPECTRA — Selects number of spectral bands for analysis
- Spectra LED 1 — Indicator LED for Spectra voice 1
- Octave — Shifts the pitch of the output by octaves
- Slice — Sets the rate at which incoming audio is transformed to spectral data; shorter times result in real-time data, longer times create rhythmic
- Waveform — Selects oscillator waveform: sine, triangle, sawtooth, pulse, and crossfading variants
- Spectra LED 2 — Indicator LED for Spectra voice 2
- Feedback — Routes resynthesized audio back into the processing chain; maximum creates self-sustaining output
- Center Freq CV Level — CV modulation level for Center Freq parameter
- Center Freq — Controls the center frequency of the analysis band
- Mix Knob — Sets the balance between original input audio and resynthesized audio
- Multiplier — Multiplies the Slice parameter for extended timing control
- Voice — Selects the number of oscillators from 1 to 33 for spectrum resynthesis
- Tap/Sync — External clock or trigger input for analysis rate control
- Output Mode — Selects between two routings of input audio and Panharmonium output
- CV2 Attenuator — Attenuator for assignable CV input 2
- Center Freq CV — Control voltage for Center Freq parameter
- Right Out — Right channel resynthesized audio output
- Freq — Tunes the oscillators over a ±7 semitone range
- Bandwidth — Controls the analysis bandwidth; left side selects narrow to wide pass bands, right side selects narrow to wide notches

- L-FX-R — Selects L-FX-R output routing mode
- Freeze — Freezes the spectral integrator, sustaining the currently analyzed spectrum
- DRY — Selects dry output mode, routing unprocessed audio to outputs
- Bandwidth CV 2 — Control voltage for Bandwidth parameter
- MIX — Sets the balance between original input audio and resynthesized audio
- FM Attenuator — Attenuator for frequency modulation input
- Freeze Tap Mode — Enables Freeze Tap Mode, causing new analysis only upon button press or external Tap/Sync pulse
- MULT — Indicator LED for Multiplier function
- Preset LED 3 — Indicator LED for preset slot 3
- OCT — Indicator LED for Octave shift function
- SLICE — Toggles Slice rate control via button press
- CV 2 In — Assignable control voltage input 2
- Audio In — Main audio input for spectral analysis
