Operat is a highly functional analog VCO/LFO with four blendable waveshapes, through-zero FM and PM, hard/soft sync, per-waveform AM inputs, an AM/RM output stage, and extensive modulation routing. It excels at both clean tonal synthesis and aggressive, metallic timbres via its ring modulation and thru-zero FM circuits. Equally at home as a standalone voice or a complex modulation source, it rewards deep patching with a wide palette of sounds from subtle harmonic shifting to in-your-face frequency modulation.

  • TZ modulation amount knob and modulation symmetry control
  • Symmetry control that inverts the signal for LFO duties
  • AM/RM output stage with crossfade between AM and ring modulation
  • AM-RM input signal jack and modulator input jack with amount control
  • Pulse Width Modulation with PWM amount knob and CV input
  • Three selectable PWM configuration flavors
