Chord v2 is a four-voice polyphonic oscillator module by Qu-Bit Electronix that generates musically intelligent chords with automatic harmonization and voicing control. It offers eight banks of waveforms spanning traditional synthesis, vocal formants, organ emulation, and chiptune sounds, making it equally suited to lush ambient pads, Switched-On Bach baroque polyphony, and generative harmonic textures. Its intelligent tuning system automatically adjusts chord quality to stay diatonic when driven by a sequencer, providing instant musicality with minimal patching.

Controls & Jacks (47)
- Coarse Tune — Controls the coarse frequency of the root note across 7 octaves
- Quality — Controls the quality of the chord, setting the relationship between third, fifth, and seventh outputs in relation to the root
- Linear FM In — Controls the fine frequency tuning of the root note, +/- a perfect fourth from center
- Voicing — Controls the inversion and voicing of the chord, adjusting octave distances between notes
- Frequency Output — Controls the lead voice frequency in melody mode or independent voice in poly modes
- Harm Button — Controls auto-harmonization and quantization settings; hold 3 seconds to access user chords
- Maj/Min Bank LED 1 — Bank selection indicator LED
- Lead — 0V to 5V input that controls melody mode lead voice or independent poly voices depending on mode
- Mix — Mixed output of chord tones; includes or excludes seventh based on Triad control
- Bank — Selects which bank of wavetables is active (8 factory banks or custom wavetables)
- Quality Output — Audio output for quality modulation
- Bank Output — Audio output jack for bank control
- Waveform CV — CV input for waveform selection (-5V to +5V, added to knob position)
- Third — Audio output of the third of the chord
- Waveform — Controls the selected waveform within the current bank, with smooth blending between waveforms
- V/Oct — 1V/octave CV input for adjusting the root note (0V to 5V)
- Voicing Output — Audio output for voicing
- Linear FM — FM input with attenuator for frequency modulation
- Triad Button — Controls whether the seventh is included in the mix output; used for chord editing when held with Harm button
- Harm LED — Indicates auto-harmonization mode (off, major, minor, or white for user chords)
- Fifth — Audio output of the fifth of the chord
- Bank CV LED — Indicates the currently selected bank when the Bank knob is turned
- Mode LED — Indicates the current mode (off, blue for melody, green for free poly, teal for unison poly)
- Maj/Min Bank LED 2 — Bank selection indicator LED
- Seventh — Audio output of the seventh of the chord
- Root — Audio output of the root note of the chord
- Quality LED — Indicates the current quality setting
- Maj/Min Bank LED 3 — Bank selection indicator LED
- Mode Button — Selects between chord, free poly, and unison poly modes; hold with Harm button to edit chords
- Triad LED — Indicates whether triad mode is active
- Maj/Min Bank LED 4 — Bank selection indicator LED
