Quantum Rainbow 2 is a 4 HP analog noise source that offers seven distinct coloured-noise outputs simultaneously, all derived from a single noise generator. Spanning White, Pink, Red, the new Grey, Blue, Purple and the granular Quanta output, it provides a full spectrum of textures for percussion, sample-and-hold sources, FM, and adding grit to mixes. Because every colour comes from the same root source, mixing them produces musically related, complementary results. There are no panel controls -- just patch any of the seven outputs.
