Vult Feigen
Quasi-chaotic voltage source
10 HP Eurorack module
Feigen is a quasi-chaotic voltage source based on the Logistic Map equation, producing periodic or chaotic patterns for modulation and musical sequence generation.
Features
- Growth, Range, and Offset each have a dedicated CV input and attenuverter.
- Root selection and reset control the generated sequence's initial state.
Controls & Jacks (14)
- Offset CV Input— CV input for the Offset parameter, scaled and inverted by the Offset Attenuverter.
- Range Attenuverter— Sets the amount and polarity of CV applied to Range.
- Growth— Sets the Logistic Map growth characteristic, progressing from two-value oscillation through bifurcations and periodic patterns toward chaoti
- Clk— Receives the clock that advances the generated sequence.
- Offset— Adds a constant voltage to the output, from -5 V to +5 V.
- Range— Sets the output amplitude from 0x to 2x.
- Out— Main generated voltage output; its offset and amplitude are set by the Offset and Range controls.
- Growth CV Input— CV input for the Growth parameter, scaled and inverted by the Growth Attenuverter.
- Reset— Resets the internal state to the value defined by the Root control and Root CV input.
- Growth Attenuverter— Sets the amount and polarity of CV applied to Growth.
- Root CV Input— CV input that contributes to the Root value used to establish the sequence state on reset.
- Offset Attenuverter— Sets the amount and polarity of CV applied to Offset.
- Root— Sets the initial sequence state recalled when the module receives a reset.
- Range CV Input— CV input for the Range parameter, scaled and inverted by the Range Attenuverter.
