Arad is an Oradea expander that adds individual channel audio inputs and clickless button or trigger/gate-controlled muting.

Features

  • Adds individual direct audio inputs plus clickless channel muting controlled by buttons or trigger/gate inputs.
  • Provides four manual buttons for pinging the corresponding Oradea filters with uniform pulses.
  • Individual inputs are mixed with Oradea's all-channels input.

Controls & Jacks (20)

  • Active B— Manually clicklessly mutes or unmutes Oradea channel B.
  • Active D Input— Rising-edge gate or trigger input that toggles channel D between active and muted.
  • Active C Input— Rising-edge gate or trigger input that toggles channel C between active and muted.
  • Active D— Manually clicklessly mutes or unmutes Oradea channel D.
  • Individual Input C— Direct audio input for resonator channel C; mixed with Oradea's shared input.
  • Active B Input— Rising-edge gate or trigger input that toggles channel B between active and muted.
  • Active C— Manually clicklessly mutes or unmutes Oradea channel C.
  • Individual Input B— Direct audio input for resonator channel B; mixed with Oradea's shared input.
  • Active A Input— Rising-edge gate or trigger input that toggles channel A between active and muted.
  • Manual Excite C— Manually sends the uniform excitation pulse to Oradea channel C, in parallel with its excite input.
  • Individual Input D— Direct audio input for resonator channel D; mixed with Oradea's shared input.
  • Manual Excite B— Manually sends the uniform excitation pulse to Oradea channel B, in parallel with its excite input.
  • Manual Excite D— Manually sends the uniform excitation pulse to Oradea channel D, in parallel with its excite input.
  • Active A— Manually clicklessly mutes or unmutes Oradea channel A.
  • Manual Excite A— Manually sends the uniform excitation pulse to Oradea channel A, in parallel with its excite input.
  • Individual Input A— Direct audio input for resonator channel A; mixed with Oradea's shared input.
  • Active D Status— Indicates whether channel D is active or muted, including changes made by its button or input.
  • Active C Status— Indicates whether channel C is active or muted, including changes made by its button or input.
  • Active B Status— Indicates whether channel B is active or muted, including changes made by its button or input.
  • Active A Status— Indicates whether channel A is active or muted, including changes made by its button or input.
