XAOC Devices Kamieniec II
Analog resonant phase rotator II
10 HP Eurorack module
An analog 4/6-stage phaser inspired by 1970s effects, with voltage-controlled resonance and a syncable onboard LFO.
Features
- Simultaneous four- and six-stage outputs.
- Voltage-controlled resonance.
- Wide-range, syncable onboard LFO with an independent output.
- Optional Allpass Expansion adds up to 16 sweepable stages, for 22 total.
Controls & Jacks (14)
- Reso CV— CV input controlling feedback amount and therefore resonance.
- Rate— Sets the internal triangle LFO speed, from very slow cycles to low audio rate.
- LFO Reset— Rising-edge-sensitive hard-sync input that resets the LFO cycle to zero.
- LFO Rate— CV input controlling the internal LFO speed.
- Output B— Six-stage phased audio output, offering a three-notch response in the standard configuration.
- Tuning Frequency— Sets the base frequency of the phaser sweep and manually adjusts its frequency response.
- Input— AC-coupled audio input for the signal to be phase shifted.
- Depth— Sets the amount of internal LFO voltage applied to the phaser frequency, in addition to external modulation.
- LFO Out— Independent triangle-wave output from the internal LFO.
- Ext Mod— CV input for the phaser tuning frequency; its voltage is mixed with internal LFO modulation when Depth is above zero.
- Output A— Four-stage phased audio output, offering a two-notch response in the standard configuration.
- Resonance Mode— Selects the feedback tap point and resulting feedback-stage topology: Wasted, K-Holed, or Stoned.
- LFO Rate Indicator— Dedicated LED indicating the activity and rate of the internal LFO.
- Reso— Sets feedback amount and resonance; high settings can self-oscillate.
How-To Guides
- Use external modulation alone
