1. Agreement

By accessing or using BleepDex ("the Service"), operated by Flippybits ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

BleepDex provides interactive reference guides for Eurorack synthesizer modules. We offer both free sample content and a paid subscription for full access.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using a magic link sent to your email. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed annually at the price shown at checkout.
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial period.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Their terms apply to payment processing.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Refund requests within 14 days of a paid charge will be honored — email support@bleepdex.com.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use BleepDex to:

Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Module names, logos, and panel images are trademarks of their respective manufacturers. BleepDex's original content (guides, descriptions, hotspot data) is owned by Flippybits. Our use of manufacturer images is for reference and educational purposes.

7. Disclaimers

BleepDex is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of module information. Always consult official documentation for critical applications. We're a reference tool, not a replacement for manufacturer manuals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flippybits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of significant changes by email.
